Week 8: Don't you love me?

This week, an original song, because our mom's visit is over and my new job has stopped freaking me out and we've run out of excuses. This week's song is called "Don't you love me?". Alternatively, it could be called "Don't you want me to be happy?", which is too long but way more evil. Love it.I've wanted to write a song like this for a while, but it's taken me a bit to hammer out exactly who the character is. Thankfully, Aubrey came over today and came up with a bunch of brilliant ideas and now... here we go!In other news: We are playing two shows this month: one in Portland and one in our hometown of Westford "it's near Lowell" Massachusetts. You can still buy our T-shirts. And follow us on Twitter! In more things that aren't news: I have been listening to ALL OF Paul and Storm's Podcast and reading their blog, in which they wrote something super nice about us: "THE DOUBLECLICKS. Who are they? Just another run-of-the-mill geeky act featuring a pair of sisters who deploy guitar, cello, crisp wordplay, and humor wry enough to MELT YOUR FACE OFF, that’s all. Yes, it’s that wry. Face-melting wry."Side note: Paul and Storm are really excellent people.
